All the residents and staff at Valerie Manor enjoyed Red Nose Day on Friday 13th March whilst raising money for Comic Relief. The staff dressed up in Red Nose Day tee shirts and wore red nail varnish with red lipstick and head boppers, not forgetting their red noses of course! All the residents chose a red nose to wear and some wanted to join in with the fun and have their nails painted red for the day! The 'giggler' ball went down a treat during the day providing many laughs with the staff and residents. In total we managed to raise over £90.00 for Comic Relief.
I'd also like to thank everyone for making my birthday so special on the day... the cake was beautiful, and a wonderful thought, thank you!
