Thank you to everyone
that attended the recent activities and menu review. I’m pleased to say that overall
everyone was extremely happy with the current menus and activities that we have
at Valerie Manor.
Following discussion you
will very shortly be seeing more fish on the menu, liver and bacon, dumplings
and steak and kidney puddings! We are going to be having a fruit bowl in the
dining room for residents who would like more fresh fruit. We are also going to
start getting a variety of vegetables again to try but the general group
discussion featured carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans and leeks that
you all enjoy!
Thank you to Steve for
taking on the task of the menus and ordering the food. Please continue to speak
to Steve or myself if you have any suggestions or recommendations!
We had a general
discussion regarding the activities and again everyone appeared to be very
happy with the activities at the Manor. We will be increasing the outings and
have had several suggestions for garden centres, drives in the countryside and
trips to the seafront to have ice-creams! We are looking forward to the
brighter weather to get out and about again!
Many thanks to everyone
for their continued support – We would love to continue to hear your ideas and
suggestions!
Thanks again – Zoe
