Congratulations to Carole as she is the first member of staff to complete her NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care which she started earlier in the year. Carole has worked extremely hard over the past few months and it is a great achievement for her. Carole has already asked if she can enrol to undertake her NVQ level 3 which I would be pleased to support at Valerie Manor – Well done Carole, we are all very proud of you!
