It is a really exciting time for everyone at Valerie Manor with the extension plans progressing well. We are due to commence enabling works and detailed plans during this month with the actual contract commencing on the 3rd May 2010. I am pleased to say that the contractor that we have chosen is one that has been recommended to us by other care home owners and John (dad) and I went to visit them on site a few months ago. We decided to include them in the tender process and are pleased that we were able to choose them to undertake the work.
